1. Who we are
Tracksible is operated by Webjuice, registered business number 540410, at 3 Hamilton Way, Castleknock, Dublin, D15 YPC0, Ireland.
Email: hello@tracksible.com. Telephone: +353 85 880 2213.
The mobile app appears in app stores as Tracksible; early test builds were named Plausible Dash. This notice covers that app and this Tracksible website.
2. The service
Tracksible is an independent mobile viewer for Plausible Analytics. It retrieves analytics from the Plausible server you choose using an API key or shared dashboard link you provide. You need a compatible device, an internet connection, and permission to access that dashboard.
The app does not include a Plausible subscription or hosting. Available metrics depend on your server version, access permissions, and service plan. Tracksible and Webjuice are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Plausible Insights OÜ.
3. Using the app
By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business or client, you must be authorised to do so. The service is intended for adults managing or reviewing websites.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on compatible devices, subject to these terms and the relevant app store rules. Do not use it to access data without permission, compromise a service, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with the app’s operation. Nothing here restricts rights to examine or use software that applicable law expressly permits.
4. Free access and Pro
Free access includes one site and Realtime, Today, Yesterday, and Last 7 Days. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited sites and all supported date ranges, including custom ranges. “Unlimited” refers to the app’s site limit; external service limits still apply.
Your store displays the current local price, applicable tax, and purchase terms before you confirm payment. Pro has no recurring app subscription. A one-time purchase is not a promise that the app or third-party services will operate indefinitely.
Apple or Google processes your payment, and RevenueCat manages purchase entitlements. Restore purchases using the same store account. A purchase on one platform does not automatically transfer to another. Promotional access may be subject to the conditions stated when it is offered.
5. Purchases and consumer rights
For billing problems or refund requests, use the purchase support process of the store you paid through. You can also contact Webjuice for help. Store procedures do not remove your statutory rights.
Where Irish or other applicable consumer law gives you rights relating to digital content or services, including remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity, those rights continue to apply. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include correction, a price reduction, or ending the contract and receiving a refund.
Any right to withdraw from a distance purchase, and any lawful exception for digital content supplied immediately, is governed by applicable law and the consent and acknowledgement obtained at checkout. These terms do not by themselves waive a withdrawal right.
6. Credentials and shared links
Only connect to sites you are allowed to access. Keep API keys and share links confidential. A share link may allow anyone who possesses it to read a dashboard; only send it to intended recipients.
Removing a saved site or share link from the app does not revoke access on your Plausible server. Revoke keys and shared links in Plausible when needed. Use HTTPS for your instance, and protect the devices and backups that store your app settings.
7. Availability and updates
We aim to provide a useful and reliable app, but network failures, store issues, operating system changes, and Plausible service changes can interrupt access. Stats and widgets may be delayed, cached, or incomplete. Use your source dashboard to verify figures before making material decisions.
We may release fixes or change features to maintain security, compatibility, and functionality. We will communicate material changes that affect your purchased access and provide any notice, updates, or remedies required by law.
8. Responsibility
We are responsible for the app as required by applicable law. We do not control your Plausible instance, network provider, operating system, or app store. We are not responsible for problems caused solely by those services or by unauthorised use of your credentials.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer protection. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Privacy and ending use
Our privacy policy explains data handling. You can stop using the app at any time. Remove saved sites, sign out if applicable, and uninstall it. Removing the app does not delete external purchase records, revoke a Plausible shared link, or close a Plausible account.
See Delete your data for help with local and service-held records.
10. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence or your right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
Please contact hello@tracksible.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. We may update these terms and will change the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
